What you will learn:

This NFPA 70B course covers preventive equipment maintenance and is used in conjunction with NFPA 70 (NEC) and NFPA 70E. Systems and equipment covered are installed in industrial plants, commercial buildings, institutions, and large multi-family residential complexes. This course will help provide the guidelines for creating an effective electrical preventive maintenance (EPM) program.

Learn the techniques to help guard against premature damage from power surges, spikes, transients, and everyday usage. The recommended practices taught in this course are to reduce hazards to life and property that can result from failure or malfunction of industrial electrical equipment

About The Instructor:

Rich Van Wert has been employed in the electrical industry for more than 50 years. He was the Senior Electrical Inspector for the Middle Department Inspection Agency, and has taught electrical courses for over 23 years.
